July TBR 2019

Hey, loves! Happy July :)

Last month was not my best reading month, so I’m really hoping to make up for that this month. My TBR is a little ambitious, but I am determined to get as much reading done as I can. So, let’s take a look at what I’ll be reading!

Currently Reading:

After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid- This is a buddy read with Jaime, or Leo Reads on Youtube, which I am almost done with. I am really enjoying it and it has been such a quick read.

The Secret History by Donna Tartt- I put this one on hold for a few months now, and I’m pretty sure it was on my TBR for June, but some other books came up and I didn’t get to it. I know I’m going to love it (I already do and I’m only one chapter in), but I haven’t been able to dedicate the time to it yet.

Secret Project:

I am doing a little bit of a secret video for my Youtube channel, and there are 4 more books I have to read for that. I don’t want to give them away, but they are on the TBR!

Biannual Bibliothon: July 11th-19th

This month is also the last time that the biannual bibliothon will be running, so I want to participate. There are 9 challenges, but I will be aiming for 5. I combined a few of the challenges because I know there is no way I will be able to do all of them.

Adult Book: A Gathering of Shadows by V.E. Schwab

A Book Based on its Cover: 100 Days of Sunlight by Abbie Emmons

Free Choice/ Wild Card Book: The Secret History by Donna Tartt (I know I’m currently reading it, but I probably won’t continue until the time of this read-a-thon)

A Book from an Author You’ve Never Read Before/Read One of the Hosts’s 5-Star Reads: The Gentleman’s Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee

Read a Book You Were Really Excited for, but Never Picked Up/Read a Predicted 5-Star Read: A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro

The Reading Rush:

I will also be participating in the reading rush (formerly known as the booktube-a-thon), but my TBR for that will go up later in the month on my channel, so be sure to subscribe if you don’t want to miss that!

I hope you enjoyed reading this post. Let me know what’s on your TBR this month! I am always looking to add new books :)
